April and May Updates.

 Little HyVee Shopper.

 Dressed up for Mother's Day.

 Coloring with Daddy.

I asked Isabella for a photo. Obviously, that was too much ask.
She can't even take her eyes of her paper.

Post run nap. If it were only this easy every nap time.

 WHEEEEEEEE!
Yeah, I let her have a donut.

 Isabella and her friend, Rosie.
They are still trying to find a compromise with appropriate affection.
 Kitty Cat Princess!

Fashion first. Always. No matter what.

 Running in the rock quarry.

Selecting a rock for our landscaping project. We went with the big flat one on the lower left.
Isabella liked it because she could sit on it.

 Cheese!

She needed her glasses in order to read her books.

I spent hours cleaning the carpet. Then, Maisie puked. Prefect timing.
Here she is after bath. She calls it retaliatory action.

Pastry chef specialty: Rice Krispie Treats with extra Sprinkles!

Lolly pop, lolly pop, lolly pop, ooohhh lolly lolly pop!

Isabella likes to reward her toys with stickers when they have "good days."

 FINALLY: flip flop weather.

 Swing life away.

 Ready for some landscaping.

Flower Beds and Pots!

A beautiful spring has produced gorgeous flowers. I've added some annuals to the mix for extra flare and fun. Then, due to the wild success of last year's deck garden, I have expanded. May we have a bountiful harvest of cherry reds, strawberries, various peppers and herbs!

Swimming Lessons

Marching into Spring

Isabella styled her own hair. I explained it was vintage looking and I wanted some photos.

She refused. Divas do not tolerate the paparazzi.

Wishing for summer: reading in her lounge chair.

New clothes including a penguin hat!

 Happy St. Patrick's Day.

Preparing her St. Patrick's Day headband.

 Headband completed!

 Final St. Patrick's Day outfit.

Enjoying a fruit salad. Such lovely manners.

Happy Easter from the Easter Bunny?

Bella and Daddy after a spring stroll at Mommy's favorite place: Village Pointe.

 Picking out a little snack.

Bella was very proud of her chalk drawing at school. She is standing on it.

Abuela and Abuelo sent a new tote and towel. Isabella instantly recognized her name!

 Look MOM, no hands!

 Maisie is impressed.

 Bella's favorite purple tree.

Nothing like a smoothie on a 80+ degree March day. Thank you SPRING!
